In-store Pickup
You can make your order and select to pick up your package at your preferred local pickup store. To see if an item is eligible for Order Pickup, look for the local pickup option at checkout and select your preferred store.
Free Shipping
If you have a free shipping voucher, shipping charges will be waived off on qualifying orders.
Shipment Tracking
You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been placed. All you need to do is click on the link in the email sent to you after the order is placed and track the journey of your item in real time!
Alternatively, you can also login to tilyexpress.ug and visit the ‘My Account’ section to know your order status.
You can also visit Track My Order section and enter both your email address and order number to know the status of your order.
Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed after placing the order. Our standard shipping option offers a reliable delivery timeframe, while express shipping is available for those seeking a faster delivery option.

What happens after I place an order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed containing your order number and your order receipt. Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don’t see it in your inbox.

- Kampala and Surrounding Areas: Low-cost delivery for items delivered within the capital and its outskirts.
- Upcountry Areas: Affordable and reliable delivery to other towns and regions across Uganda.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select and your location:
- Kampala and Surrounding Areas: 1 business day (Standard Shipping), Same day (Express Shipping)
- Upcountry Areas: 1–3 business days (Standard Shipping)
During busy periods like holidays and sales, delivery times may take slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number. You can easily track your package’s progress on our website to know exactly when to expect it.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier is unable to deliver your package on the first attempt, we’ll contact you to reschedule. In cases where multiple delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and our customer service team will reach out to arrange another delivery.
